The Moonkin Repository

We have a new template for the site. Its still under construction, however, if you wish to use it and be apart of it, follow these steps:

1) Log in (Of course)
2) Control Panel
3) Board Settings
4) Select PBWow Classic
5) Save
6)Win

With this layout you can choose a character icon and level that you can do on the WoW Forums.

As I said, we still have a few bugs we are working out. So it may be a day or two before everything is up and perfect! I hope you all enjoy the site who decide to use this layout.

Some people will take a bit to get used to this template, so here are a few things to help you find your way around!

1) New Posts is located under Statistics on the Index page (portal is currently being worked on)
2) User Control Panel is brought up by clicking your username
3) Inbox is brought up by going to any forum. It will show you if you have new messages or not.

Ajax chat? as in the good old chat atop the forum is returning?

Yes, we are working on having it placed back in. This forum easily supports it. If we are unable to get it on every page, it will be found in the forum index in its own area.

With the new skin will there be a button to "view new posts"

The portal is working and there is one there. I think there's one buried somewhere else but I don't personally recall where.

gonna take a little getting used to, but so far so good, I found the active topics button -its in the statistics section- so I am good to go.

Is there a way to have the buttons to do the codes for urls, images, etc? I know most of them so it's not a big deal but others may not

It appears that the default is to upload what ever image or what not. Though this may not necessarily be the best option as it takes up space on the web server and I'm not sure how much we have.

You should see them all now. I just added them in to this theme. They're not the prettiest, but they're functional.

Login link is still taking me to the old login page. Don't see a links page for graylow, foofy, relevert and others links. I know they are in most everyone's sig. Just being lazy and don't wanna have to click on a topic in a forum hoping the poster there has the link I wanna go to. Also; when implemented, please make the live chat thing an opt in and not mandatory. I hate them things. they refresh too often and kill my poor laptops performance.

The new site is only put to use when you are logged in with the choice. Some people still like the old layout so its default. You will always get the old login if you are not logged in. Once logged in you will be at the new site.

As for the chat, if all goes well, you will be able to minimize it with no problems.

Anyway we could add a "Mark topics read" link anywhere? I hate seeing that there's new topics, but it's simply stuff I haven't or wanted to read.
