Int > SP > Hit > Spirit > Haste > Crit > Mastery, about right, right?

^ looks about right, though I'd add Hit in there above Haste but before Spirit just for completeness' sake.

Why is spirit < hit? Spirit converts to hit 1:1 and has some mana benefit.

Hit should help Bash, Skull Bash, etc., so you might want a little bit. I think spirit only gives Spell Hit.

Spirit only gives a mana benefit once you are out of combat (or using the gear for your resto spec).

Someone will have to test to see how FoN scales with Hit and Spell Hit. There might be a difference there.

Pretty much, yeah. Especially since we're still being balanced (no pun intended).

Well, Mastery is pretty much forgettable in all forms I'd think for Moonkins since Eclipse sucks, as Haste/Crit are both better (well, Haste for sure, Crit I'd guess could be a push with Mastery). Now granted, if we had an awesome Mastery, it might be nice, but all it is is what we've had since WotLK dropped...

Well you could reforge the crit into more haste also since haste is weighed higher, not completely sure about that though.

Nope. Can't reforge a stat into something that is already on the gear. If there is already haste on the piece you can't turn crit into haste. You could, in theory, reforge something that has hit into haste and then the crit on another piece into hit, I suspect min-maxers will be doing such in Cata. ATM there is little reason to though and that can get overcomplicated.

This is a smart idea tho, but an expensive one to test out with reforing being what.. 13g a pop? and then 11g to reforge back..
But I think that will make the gear more 'customized'.. and maybe was blizzards intention
