I was going to keep this in the stickied thread above but it doesn't appear to be recent. If it needs to be moved let me know

Looking for a little help to see if anything I am doing is overtly wrong. I am following the rotation on graylos blog as closely as I can, but I still seem to be lacking at the moment. I am hoping it is gear more than anything right now.

When I get enough valor I will be buying shoulders, and I will be making the 376 LW chest this week.

Any help/info would be great; good, bad, or ugly bring it on.

Upgraded my helm, shoulders, neck, and chest yesterday. Hoping that finally having a meta socket helps a little too.

You are missing glove enchant and belt buckle.
For gems use yellow +crit gem in yellow slots, orange +crit/int gems in red slots.
Stat weightnining for crit is 0,6 while int is 1, so yellow gems are better than red ones since they get twice the amount of stats.

Other than that, a solid way to improve is gathering gear, so do arena just for cap. There is no tax on pvp items for haveing resilence anymore, so pvp items are good for pve aswell.

Also, are you able to get the 5273 haste breakpoint? If you do you should go for that over crit.
